Welcome to Heartstrings Photography! We specialize in providing our clients with unique portraits, capturing moments in time to cherish forever.  We handle all venues of family photography including children and family portraits, weddings, and maternity. A custom photo gallery can be created after photo shoots to allow customers, friends and family to securely view and order online.

Children are most comfortable in their own surroundings. Unfamiliar rooms and props can make them feel out of place. Capturing that perfect smile becomes next to impossible. Here are just a few advantages to photographing your child at your home.

  • Time is always important to any mother of young children.
  • Trying to dress everyone, get them into the car and to the photographer while keeping hair combed and clothes clean is next to impossible.
  • Utilizing your home as the studio minimizes preparation time and aggravation. It's a simple procedure - get dressed and step onto the canvas.
  • Family heirlooms can be incorporated (e.g. favorite photo in background, rocking chair, quilt, sitting chair, pillow, etc..)
  • Bathrooms are in close proximity
  • Snacks/Drinks are easily accessible
  • Freedom is provided for those children who are unable to remain still. If your child needs a minute to step away and play and then revisit the canvas, they have that luxory.
